I want to link Ea with Xbox account

I want to link Ea with Xbox account, i unlinked my previous account from ea and linked the new but i received this error message :  linked accounts found , Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for ....... was previously linked to the Xbox account for ...... An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. I asked for help but didnt fix my issue, my account is from 2016 and i have many games. I ask for help, i am very disappointing...
