I will never buy a game from EA again
The F1 25 purchased from EA is not compatible with PlayStation pads. Even if you try to change the Xbox pad settings using DS4windows, EA anti-cheat blocks external programs.
However, the f1 25 site states that PlayStation pads are compatible. Playstation pads are not available only on EA.
The funny thing is that the PlayStation Pad runs on FC25.
I confirmed that the PlayStation pad was not working and checked it again after purchasing the F1 25 from Steam. The f1 25 purchased from Steam was linked to the pad without any problems. EA lacks a controller interlocking system.
I found out and requested a refund. Among the 7 reasons, the reason was that it was not compatible with the device I had, but EA insisted that there would be no refund because it was a controller issue.
Of the 7 reasons for refunds, 6 are psychological reasons. Refund requests can be made for simple reasons such as change of mind, cheaper purchase elsewhere, or accidental purchase. However, if you actually request a refund, the responsibility is passed on to the consumer and no refund is given.
If the chat that took a whole day to connect is disconnected, you will have to waste the whole day trying to connect again.
I attached dxdiag when asked to send it, but if it's done like this, you won't be able to get a refund. Also, it will take a day to connect to the chat. Compared to other large game companies, this is truly the worst response of the worst. The bigger problem is that if you want to see even the worst response, you'll have to spend all day staring at the monitor and praying for the chat to connect.
I will not take this issue lightly and if EA continues to refuse I will raise this issue with the International Consumer Protection Agency. I am very angry that I wasted my time.
