Impossible to delete my EA account

Writing here because I can't get in touch with anyone.
It is literally impossible to delete my EA account. I submitted a deletion request, then I was told I had to wait to speak with an “advisor.” I stayed in the queue the whole day: sometimes I could see an estimated wait time, sometimes not.
I was also told I would receive an email with the details of my request, but I never got anything. The only emails I actually receive are the surveys asking me if I’m happy with the service they provided.
The case was marked as “Resolved” the next day, even though nothing was resolved. I tried opening another separate tickets, same result. It looks like it’s simply impossible to get in touch with anyone.
And now, on top of that, I also want to delete my EA Forums account, which is another headache. At this point, I feel like it’s impossible to exercise my Right to Be Forgotten, which is extremely frustrating.
I most definitely understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately, the only way to get this resolved is to get support through chat. You'll need to wait for an advisor to be available. Which should be most any time, but depending on the queue, it could take a bit before someone responds.
