We're not able to assist with bans or account actions directly here on forums. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose the EA app.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Click Select contact option.
  6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Mate as you can see the reason for my suspension is crazy and my username was in no way offensive or related to any tragic events as you put it. According to the information you have, the time to respond to my appeal may take up to 10 days and the suspension of my account is supposed to last 6. I would like to know at least the basis for considering that the name "Cebussolini" goes beyond and violates your rules. I think you can response me with the point from your statue that "Cebussolini" is not good.
