Is AWS outage affecting my game??

I have gone into the game today to find that (Even though i have the Phantom Pack installed) it is telling me that i dont have Multiplayer, Campaign etc installed.  Is this due to the AWS outage??? ...

    Looks like it - I cant even open the EA app now. ( I previously got the same issue )
