Is live chat gone?

I've been trying to get support from EA for the past week and whenever I click on contact us, I am sent to a form that claims to send my feedback to someone. I have not received a single update through my email and whenever I go under "my cases" nothing pops up. I've tried to find an option to speak with a representative on a live chat, and even looked at old forum posts but it is nowhere to be found. Does anyone know how to access it?

    Hey there, you can find the live chat by clicking on this link: https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Contact Us". 

    On the next page, fill in the form and select the following topic: Update EA Account

    That should give you the option to start a chat.
