Issue with FC 26

Hi, 

I was playing the Single Player Draft Mode in FC 26. I was up 5-0 at half and the EA server went down. I checked my connectivity and my internet and it was still great, all my other applications on other devices were working. When I logged back on the game closed and was a 0-3 loss where I lost the draft token. I tried to speak to an EA agent, and it was just the AI bot that kept going in loops and not helping. Could I talk to a live agent please?
