Issues with ea support
Hi I'm getting put in a loop of talking to a new representative and then being told to go to chat but I'm unable to since there is no way to resume that specific case through chat
Hey there, the chat option might not be available depending on the topic you select. Try changing the topic to "Update EA Account", that should give you the option to start a chat.
