Just delete my account

And don't tell me you can't and give the same article about it, which everyone can easily find through google. EA help center doesn't care. I opened several tickets, didn't get any response (my ticket didn't even get registered among my cases).
Just delete it pls. It is written, that I have "Right to be Forgotten" so, I want to use it.

    I'm really sorry, but this just isn't something that's possible to do through the forums. Nobody here can access game accounts to make any changes. You'll need to keep trying through help.ea.com in this case, although contacting them through live chat is potentially more convenient than an email case. 

    I just used the following steps to get one on the EA Help site:

    • Select the "EA Account" option from the list.
    • Choose the "I want to delete my EA Account" support option. 
    • Chat should be an option (it showed me a 2 minute wait when I checked a moment ago).

     

    The agent should be able to arrange for the account to be closed and your data deleted. I believe that the only time there is an issue is if there is an active ban on the account. The guide below may have some helpful information as well:

    Thanks... I guess...

     

    It said 0 minutes waiting time. After giving them the basic informations (like platform and subject) it said they contact me soon. They didn't after more than 10 minutes...

    And actually this is what I tried many many times.

    It's potentially a browser plugin stopping that chat window from opening. Might be worth trying with all plugins disabled.

    It doesn't work. I disabled addons, plug-ins; put protection to standard mode (even disabled it on ea help site, I use firefox), allowed pop up windows and nobody contract me.

    I'm afraid that the only other things I can think to suggest at the moment are to try a totally different browser or give the EA Help site a try while not signed into an account.

    budzai​ If you can, please try using Google Chrome in Incognito mode. That will disable all plugins/adblockers, etc. Usually when you see a message saying that you will be connected to an advisor in a few minutes and you don't get connected after a while, it's because there's something preventing the chat pop-up to appear.

    I'll do. It is not like I have any options here....

    I did. Freshly installed chrome in incognito mode. Nothing. This time it didn't even show how much I have to wait, but I waited more than 10 (may be even 20) minutes and nothing...

    Tried again twice in google chrome incognito mode with 0 minute waiting time. Nothing.
