Not sure if this is the right forum but I am not sure where this fits. I bought multiple kits today and two of them didn't disappear from the cart. I thought for some reason that the payment didn't go throught on those so I payed again. Turns out that I bought them twice and the EA App just kept on showing them in the cart until I closed it down and logged again. Is there any way that I can get my money back?
Hidankeke You'll need to contact EA customer support for a refund, as Sims 4 kits are treated as DLC and therefore not eligible for automatic refunds. But a support rep can manually process the refund for you. An accidental double purchase is one of the standard exceptions to the rule.
Make sure that you either get a refund for one copy of each, AND you still have the content in your library; or you get a refund for both copies of each, so you can purchase them again. I've seen a number of cases where a player gets a refund for only one of the double purchases and also has the content removed from their game library.
