link to new psn
i lost my password for my email linked to my old psn account since then i’ve made a new one and tried to link it to my ea account however it has a one account link feature anyway i can get it unlocke...

Unfortunately an EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific type of account in its lifetime. As such you won't be able to link a new PlayStation account, even if you unlink the old one. Your best bet would be to either reach out to your email provider or reach out to PlayStation to see if they can help you either change the password or the attached email address respectively.
