Can’t link my Xbox account. Says it’s already linked to another email that I’ve never seen. Any suggestions or help would be great! I have a code to play Battlefield six early that I can’t use.

Having the same issue put in tickets, yet shows I have no pending cases… now I’m dead in the water after pre-ordering the game
Yeah, I submitted a ticket. But with no reply or easy way of solving I don’t know what to do. Playing the beta would most likely lead to a pre order but with no help and no way of linking my account properly. I guess I won’t be… they must not like money?!
Same problem with me on Playstation. I dont know whoes email is this. all i know is that its not mine. I filed case to EA Help, instead of helping and unlinking this unknown accout they banned my id.
The email it’s telling me is

I don’t even recognize that bs email! even if it was an old one I forgot about how tf do they expect people to remember anything they signed up for years and years ago!!!
At least the email you are seeing is from yahoo. The one im seeing is supere.ml. What Email is that?. EA Help Is Very Bad and totally unhelpfull.
Hahaha no idea tbh. Why isn’t there a way to do this from the console side? No better way to tell who has the right to be in that account than from the actual console side imo. I could be wrong but there’s gotta be a better way than trolling a forum.

Same issue. Have had it for years and tried in the past to fix it. EA just goes in circles. EA PLEASE FIX THIS, LET US RESET AND REASSIGN ACCOUNTS!!
