linked to disabled EA email

my psn account is linked to disabled EA email , i cant unlink it through EA account settings please help , screenshot provided below

    Hey FunkDoc00​,

    Unfortunatly we can't help with account issues here on the forums. You can restore that EA account by resetting the password via the original email address (if you've made another account with that same address you may need to change it), but if you either don't remember hat it is or if it isn't working, you'll need to reach out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
