I think we need someone within EA to manually remove the linked console from the other persons EA account. I’ve made this EA account for my PlayStation, but am unable to link to my console while someone else is linked. The linked EA account to my PlayStation is a gmail that starts with “st*****@gmail.com”, which is one I have never seen or created. I tried calling playstation, and was told there is nothing they can do, and to contact someone from EA. I feel like I have no option because I have no one to contact, and need to create a new PlayStation account. But when I’ve been collecting games since 2015, this feels like a very bad idea. EA needs a support team.
So, from what I was told last night, the account needs to be repaired, then it can be recovered.
This was using the EA help with the "Compromised account" topic.
You'll need the original email that your PlayStation account used to link to EA.
Sadly for me, there is some sort of "technical error" when trying to repair the account. Which means they can't secure it and can't recover it. I've been told 3 times now to try again later. My next chance to try will be Monday (Australian time, sadly work this weekend)
Just be careful with your wording too, I've had two of the help guys become easily confused and ended up with having to start the entire process from scratch, twice.
