Linked Xbox EA email& login has been compromised
My linked Xbox EA email& login has been compromised and I no longer have anyway of altering the linked email or password.
The email is showing as ga*****@basilicatamail.com which is not an email I have ever used.
I have tried to use the help pages and to contact EA but I am going round in circles,
I do have the name of my Xbox/EA account but this no longer works.
Please help?
Thanks SC
Hey q0gjherwrdap,
Sorry to hear someone else had gotten into your account.
While we don't have the necessary tools to help you here on the forums, please try using this web form to get in touch with our live support team and start the account recovery process. Once an advisor verifies your account ownership, they'll be able to work with you to correct those altered account details.
Afterward, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to ensure your account is back under your control. It'd also be worth running through the recommended security steps for your email address(es) and linked platform accounts.
Let us know how it goes, thanks!
