4 months agoThe best I can advise is to open another case if you don't get a response within 48 hours. Also, do not resume an existing case. That will pull it from the queue so an advisor won't see it and respond. Once a case is submitted, wait for a response

I got a mail today asking me to make another ticket as they saw that my last one was still open after a week. So i made another case, but to be honest i have not much hope anymore, i've sent so many cases allready, with no answer. I even add everytime a screenshot from my PSN account, but nothing changes.
