Danisoff is correct that you will need to persevere with EA Help as they're the only people who can access account details and potentially make amendments.

However, this may not be something that EA Help can assist with since only one platform account can be linked to an EA account in its lifetime, so you can’t usually link a different Xbox gamertag to it. This is something EA Help can investigate, though, as it might be possible to merge or they may have another solution.
