Locked out.

I have been locked out of my account for years. Ea help tells me it’s associated with another account, which it isn’t. Try to link again, nope, changed password as the game told me to, many times nope doesn’t work. Ea help are no help at all, can’t do anything for me. I’m at a loss, I have a separate account I can play on but 10 years of progress (mainly BF AND SWBF) and basically been told to tough you don’t know the email that it’s associated with. Well it’s never been associated with any other email so it must be on EA’s side
