Locked out by a 14-year-old EA account and impossible demands

Hello everyone,&nbsp;I want to share this paradoxical situation to see if anyone else has experienced this or if there is actually a way out.&nbsp;My Xbox Gamertag is linked to an old EA profile dating back 14 years, which was associated with an old @hotmail.it email address that has long been closed and is permanently unrecoverable.&nbsp;The main issue is the sheer absurdity of EA support's demands: they expect me to remember or provide old invoices, payment methods, or billing details from 14 years ago (a time when everything was completely different, and details that no one can realistically recall). To top it all off, they insist on sending a verification code to that dead email address.&nbsp;It is humanly impossible to recover data from fourteen years ago. Even though I offer to verify my identity securely through my active Xbox console and current Microsoft account data, the bots and agents keep hitting a brick wall with pre-set responses, blocking my access to online games.&nbsp;I just want what's mine: I am formally asking for a forced unlink of my Gamertag from that old, inaccessible profile using the console for verification. Is it really possible that such a rigid and blind security system is allowed to hold a user hostage like this?

I am currently in AI locked Limbo for the exact same issue, but I recovered the old data and have everything they are asking for, but it still won't let me reach an advisor.

I lost a couple hundred dollars in games and Lord knows how much in In-Game purchases. This is year 3 of trying to recover it.

Even though I still have the phone number (even if it's no longer active), old invoices (though apparently they don't care if they are older than 12 months), and the exact registration date on Origin, for some unknown reason the account cannot be recovered. Furthermore, it is linked to my fully functioning Xbox account.
