Locked out of EA Account,Unknown primary email, codes never arrive

Hi,

I need help recovering access to my EA Account.

I can currently sign in only through the linked Google account (name: Corie Myslick).

The primary email shown on my EA Account is an address I have never owned and do not recognize (it starts with o**s@h*m).

When I try to verify my identity or change the email/password, EA sometimes offers to send a verification code to cm****@gmail.com, but the code never arrives in any of my Gmail accounts. I have tried sending the code multiple times and checked all folders (inbox, spam, etc.).

Because of this I cannot change the primary email, reset the password, or manage the account properly.

I also have two bank cards saved on the account that I would like removed for security.

Please help me change the primary email to an address I control and secure the account. I am scared that someone will delete things or get my money or something.
