Login code not being sent E-mail address and support is impossible to contact
My Mom has an EA account for use with Pogo, and we know the username and password (She can't login herself, my dad or I have to do it for her). However, any time we've tried to log in, for almost 3 months, its insisted that we enter a verification code to log in. However, no verification code ever goes through to the e-mail connected to her account. It's not in our main inbox, not in the spam folder, not even in the trash.
This is greatly irritating, because her club Pogo is a PAID account, it should NOT be this hard to get in touch with a human, it's ridiculous. It's been months, sending help requests, opening cases, only to never get a response - We receive the notices that a case has been opened via e-mail, but we'll wait on the page for HOURS and never get any further followup, in e-mail or otherwise!
Please, PLEASE get me in touch with a human so she can get into the account we are literally PAYING for for her. This is unacceptable, and frankly, the worst interaction I've ever had with any company.
