Login, Origin to EA
I had an account first Origin - then EA and it was deactivated without my knowledge. I lost access to the email address associated with that account. After contacting customer service twice I was told there was nothing they could do. I LOST a lot of money even though I had the old game codes, DVDs and even knew the password to the old account. As a The Sims player for 15 years I am disappointed with the lack of support and the loss of money. I feel cheated that old players can no longer access anything even though they HAVE the games installed.
