Update Email Address linked to Ea Account
Hello, i just bought the ea fc game from steam and i logged in to my ea account linked to my steam, the ea account has an old email of mine that i don't have access to, i ve tried to change my email through live chat advisors but they all say that they can't verify my Identity and now i try to make new live chat case but it says that the issue cant be helped by our advisors or something like that, i have access to my ea account i tell them my info and i just want to change the email address to the account so i can later unlink my steam account and link it to a different one, should i try again and is it easier on PC , or should i try deleting my ea account so that the steam account gets unlinked?

In that case, you need to reach back out to EA support. If you still have access to the EA account, that's great, as it helps you provide information to the advisor.
As you already said, they need some info from you to verify you as the rightful owner of the EA account. So make sure, you have all the details needed before you reach back out.
Creating a new EA account wouldn't help you here, since your Steam account is still linked to the original EA account. So your best bet is to gain access again to the first EA account.
