Lost access after changing EA account email by mistake

Hello,

 

I need help recovering my EA account.

 

I accidentally changed the email address on my EA account while signing in with my Xbox account on the EA website. I clicked the "Link" button without realizing what it would do.

 

I no longer have access to that email address, so every verification code is sent there.

 

I still have full access to my Microsoft/Xbox account, PlayStation account, and Steam account linked to my EA account.

 

I no longer own my Xbox console because I sold it. EA Support has told me multiple times to use my recognized Xbox console for Device Recovery, but that is impossible because I no longer have the console.

 

I am not trying to access someone else's account. This is my own account.

 

Is there any alternative recovery method or can my case be reviewed by the appropriate team?
