Hi
your suggestion sends me back to creating a case and waiting for an advisor.
I already tried that and no one has contacted me and they flagged my case as resolved even though it isn't resolved and I still cannot run my games.
Is there an email address where I can write to a real person who can help me change my email for EA account? I created a new case, but I doubt anyone will respond.

8 days agoThere are no direct email addresses to contact. When creating a new case, did you get the option to start a chat? If you're not getting the chat option, can you please try selecting "EA Account" as the product and "I want to update my EA account information" as a subject? That usually gives you the option to start a chat.
