hello thank you for the reply i do appreciate it however i have made over 40cases with different advisors and they tell me the recovery via recognised device is the only option they have however i do not get the pop up all im trying to do is update email so i can pre order fc 27 ultimate edition plus without any problems

thank you for the reply the issue with this is im not stuck with a recognised device option that clearly has bugs and issues which alot of people have mentioned so im getting told because its not working i lost my team months and months of work and i cannot pre order the new fc 27
