Lost old account due to login info no longer available

Hey so I have a very specific problem in regards to my ea account. Essentially, I used origin for the longest time and only had 1 game on it, spore, and with the switch to the ea app I'm kinda screw...

    Hey Doginabog​, 

    Yes, to restore access to your EA account, you'll need to update the email on the account. Our support team can help you with that once you've passed the security stage with them.
