Multiple Charges - Refunds Needed

Looking for any advice possible here - I've been charged multiple times while trying to purchase EA SPORTS FC™ 26 Ultimate Edition for PC via the webstore (for the EA app) - I had tried multiple different PayPal options and now have outstanding charges on all of these, I am currently in the queue for live chat and the timer keeps going up and up. I have also tried to use the refund tool on the EA website but apparently I have "no games available for refund".

Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated as I'm now obviously very worries I'm going to be charged up to 4 times for this game even though I never got on screen confirmation of the purchase being successful and received continuous errors.
