Transfer ban

Hi I play on xbox series x about a month ago I got a transfer ban out of nowhere.ive never brought coins ive only ever grinded the game.ive tried a number of times to appeal my ban but ea refuse and I cant appeal anymore has anyone any advice how I can get my bank uplifted.like I say I play thr game fairly ive grinded evos to build my team i feel harshly done by thank you

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. The only way to potentially get it lifted is to submit another dispute. ToS will need to investigate the ban for any evidence it was given out by mistake. Instructions for that can be found in the article here.

    Thank you for your reply ive tried that already but ea have stopped me from putting in another dispute so im lost for what i can do im very upset with ea I have not played the game since like I say im being accused of cheating by them and ive only ever played the game fairly
