my ea account hacked

My EA account was stolen and banned, so I can't log in and remove the Steam connection. I can't play the games in my library either. How can I disconnect the banned account from Steam?

    Hello Drael01​,

    if your account got hacked and then banned due to the hackers actions, you first have to contact Support regarding the hack and get confirmation/secure the account with the help of Support. After regaining access to your account, you can appeal the ban, which will take a few days.

    While an account is banned, it's not possible to make any changes, such as removing a platform account. You first have to get the account unbanned before being able to do this.

    My account was stolen and banned. I learned about it for a long time, and when I did, I realized I couldn't log into BF1 on Steam. I shared it again on the forum this morning. They offered me a solution: appealing it. I tried that, and the appeal didn't work. I'll leave the result below.

    Hi Drael01,

    The screenshot mentions that there's was a problem creating the case. Have you tried again, like the message suggests?

    Also, I've merged your new thread with your existing one.

    I've tried this for the 4th or 5th time and I'm still having the same issue.
