My old account was blocked

Right I have tried several times to fix this issue and it keeps leading me nowhere time and time again every time i go on to a EA game it keeps on sending me a code to an old email account that I no longer have access to so without that code I can't play online games with my friends and it's really stressful because I seem to spend all this money on games that I can't play so I'm getting to a point where I'm gonna stop playing EA games all together if you can't help me because I have had this problem for the last two years now and it's really bugging me out
