My original ea account was hacked and the support wait didn't change

Hi I made a new account to post this but my original was hacked and I wanna play apex again but my ps account was linked to my old one with all of my other gaming accounts and I can't get in due to the password and email being changed also due to the 2fa I usually signed in with my ps account but I can't because of said 2fa can somebody from support help me
