My PlayStation account is linked to an unknown email

I’ve just tried to link my PlayStation account to my ea account so I can keep playing skate on cross progression between steam and PlayStation upon trying to do this it said I couldn’t do it due to my PlayStation account already being associated with an account “ba*****@gmail.com.“ I have no clue who this email is and need it removed so I can actually play. I can provide proof of ownership of the PlayStation account&nbsp;
