My PSN account is linked to an unknown ea account Pls need help!!!
I need help my PSN account is linked to an unknown ea account with the email 91*****@anonymous.ea.com
I have never used this email and have no clue what email this is…
I am trying to access the fc25 companion app but it keeps on saying I haven’t started an ultimate team which I have.
I think this is because I’ve got the wrong ea account but when I try linking my PlayStation account (which is the account I use to play fc25 on) to my ea account it says it linked to this other email which I’ve never seen before. I want to unlink my PlayStation account form that one or at least find out what ea account that is.
What can I do? Because I don’t know the email or password to this account (91*****@anonymous.ea.com) and I can’t relink my PSN account

It sounds like you're linked to either a deleted or disabled EA account. You can try to restore it by resetting the password via the original email address, but otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team for help.
