my PSN ID was linked to another EA account

Question

hey guys,&nbsp;so i bought it takes two like 1 year ago couldn't have the time to play it till yesterday, when i open the game suddenly a blank page says (reset password) i followed the prompts, reset the password multiple times to figure out what's going on. &nbsp;suddenly an idea popped in my head to try to sign in with my ps ID, when i tried to reset the password i found out that my ps id is linked to another EA account that's not mine plus a phone number that not related to anyone i know. plus that EA account is disabled. like could this even be worse. so if anyone got tips or helps regarding this issue. please feel free to drop by.plus i tried contacting the support team, opened 2 cases, no one responded to it&nbsp;thanks.

Hey sallofficiall,
In that case, you will need for EA Help to get back in touch with you.
It sounds like your account might have been compromised and deactivated, so you will need EA Support to deal with this.
Make sure you chose the correct filters on the EA Help page for "EA Account" and "I need help logging in to my EA Account" to get to the right support option.&nbsp;
