Look on the bright side. it looks like from what you have posted the suspension should end on the 20th and you should be able to get back to gaming after that.
However if it was me I would not compound the issue by avoiding the swear filter here on the forum and or using choice words as that could have repercussions on your account.

I'm sorry but you've missed the point. I've taken 7 days off work this week to play BF6, besides annual leave I have barely any time to play video games due to general life responsibilities, if it wasn't for this fact I would not be voicing my anger/frustration as I am right now and simply cop it on the chin and wait for my suspension to expire. Though I don't expect you to understand as you're not in my position.
As for my response I see it to be measured comparative to how I feel right now. I filtered my language for the exact reason, yet was careful as to not direct it towards any individual or group, as much as I want to. If EA support wasn't so difficult to engage with and actually responded in a reasonable timeframe I wouldn't posting here right now.
