I understand it's frustrating, but you will just have to wait for a response. Nothing else can be done.
OR, they can have some leniency, look at the fact that this is the first infringement on my account that I've had since 2007, and shorten my suspension time so I can at least still play with the couple of days leave I have left to actually get some decent game time in. But no, it's almost like these decision are being made by AI, no empathy whatsoever.
