I changed my phone number and now i cant login into my account because of the verification code and i cant login to my email address too

Would you have kept a copy of your backup codes? When you set up login verification for the first time, the backup codes are displayed on the screen with directions to write them down should you need them in the future. These codes are there to help you if you can't access your email or receive the verification codes for some reason. You can use them to log into the EA account and again to update the phone number for the login verification codes.
