Hey EA_QueenBee 

I've done what you told me and it feels like I'm getting nowhere with customer support and I'm still trying to verify my information with them. But as of today when I try to reach support with the Live chat option it isn't appearing anymore and its really frustrating I'm just trying to link my account back. Is there anyway that I can just talk to somebody directly instead of sending message responses back and forth?
