Need Assistance: EA account was hacked, led to banned Apex Account
Hello,
I recently had a pretty major hacking problem, a whole bunch of my accounts were compromised. My EA account specifically was as well, where my EA ID was changed as well as my password. I was thankfully able to regain control of my account with 2FA, but once I was back in, I changed the password, email, and logged out all sessions, just to find my Apex account banned. I have had one previous infraction where I was suspended for like a day, but just out of nowhere, everything is gone. I've tried and failed like 20 times to get into contact with EA support to no avail, so here I am making a forum post.
I get its not really the best scenario since I'm sure there's a procedure to this whenever an account is fully banned, but I do have proof that the account was taken out of my control (the hackers email is still linked somehow, i have proof from password managers that my data was breached). I'm not sure if the records on the changes to my account exist, but if they do, I'm more than happy to provide receipts or whatever. Honestly, at this point, I would even be ok with a definitive "No" to unbanning my account as apposed to being completely left in the dark by EA Support.
