Need help disconnecting linked account

In that case, please contact our live support team as mentioned to recover that old EA account. Afterward, you'll be able to unlink the Xbox account from it and link to the EA account you're using to play on your PC. 

My xbox account is locked too an account i don’t have anymore. i load up the game on my xbox account and it says it’s been a while please verify identity and sends a code too a email i don’t have anymore.  my pc account and main email i use is on a different account. I just want too play at this point idc about skins, stats, ect.

Just to clarify, is the EA account you're currently using to play Apex on PC the same one that's linked to your Xbox account? Or is your Xbox account linked with a different EA account? 

Keep in mind progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. Because of that, if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.

With that said, if your Xbox account is linked to a different EA account than the one you're using to play on PC, you'll need to connect with our live support team for assistance to recover that old EA account and unlink Xbox from it. From there, you should be able to follow these steps to relink the Xbox account to the correct EA account. Thanks!
