Need help recovering EA account — lost access to email, still logged into EA App

I'm trying to recover my EA account after losing access to the email address associated with it.

The email account was compromised/stolen about 7 months ago, and I have no way to recover it. The EA account itself is still logged into the EA App on my PC, and my Steam account is linked to that EA account. I also own Dragon Age: Inquisition on that Steam account.

The problem is that whenever I try to change the email address or otherwise manage the EA account, EA sends a verification code to the old email address, which I cannot access.

I've tried the EA Help account-recovery flow, but it repeatedly sends me to the same FAQ and does not give me an option to contact an advisor. I also tried going through the EA App's problem-reporting feature, but I'm not sure whether that actually created a support case.

I need help recovering the existing EA account and changing its email address to one I currently control.

I can provide whatever information is necessary to verify ownership, including:

The original email address
My EA ID
My linked Steam account
Steam purchase information/invoices
Screenshots showing that I'm currently logged into the EA App

I do not want to unlink my Steam account, since I understand that doing so could create additional problems with the EA/Steam connection.

Is there a way to get this escalated to an EA support advisor who can verify ownership and change the account email?

Since you're still logged into the EA App and have access to the linked Steam account, I'd avoid unlinking anything for now. Your best option is to contact EA Support through the official account recovery route and explain that you can verify ownership but no longer have access to the original email. Have your EA ID, Steam account details, purchase receipts, and any other ownership information ready. If the automated flow keeps looping, trying EA Help from a different browser or while logged out may expose additional contact options. Hopefully an advisor can manually verify the account and update the email address.
