Need help seeking a refund for Battlefield Coins

I attempted to order Battlefield Coins via PayPal.   I tried and got an error message.   I thought I had entered something wrong and tried again.  Got another error message.  So I switched to a credit card and it worked,  Then I noctied i had over 30,00 Battlefield Coins. Regardless that I got those two erroe messages at the time of purchase they had eventially gone through.   Thanks for any help on this matter. I can't find a way to contact Customer Support.
