need help unlinking hackers email from steam link

same things currently happening to me they couldn't get it unlinked so I'm just forced to refund BF6. I don't get why linking is hardwired into the accounts and not just allowing the handle of the accounts able to change if they wanted to.. other services do it and are easily flexible with it.
