Need help with a bug

So im trying to play with a friend but for some reason it keeps saying that a player has unclaimed rewards even though iv claimed everything I can and same as them and idk why think game is bugging out for some reason we have both looked at everything we can claim and there is nothing there so dk what to do if anyone know what to do or how I can actually get in contact with some that can help us
