Usually when a case is set to "Waiting on Player" it means there has been an email sent out and they are waiting to hear back from you. Sometimes the emails can get routed through to the Spam or Junk folders, could you double-check those folders just in case?
Failing that, if you can't see a message from Terms of Service about your ban appeal, and the case is still set to "Waiting on Player" it might be a good idea to contact our support team. They can't look into bans for you, but they may be able to clarify the "Waiting on Player" status and help put your mind at ease about the ban appeal efforts.
