I can not get refund for my STAR WARS, and I also can not associate with the EA

Thanks for sharing that clip. Looks like you've got a loading loop issue on your hands. Could you try these steps to see if they get rid of that loading loop for you?
- Clear your browser Cache and Cookies
- Log out and back into the EA account
Then open the Refund Tool again and see if it processes your request now?
