I am in exactly the same position, old email address that has closed 10 years ago 'O2 Account' and struggling to get the accounts delinked. Got early access for tomorrow and cant use it on my xbox currently and there is 1 hour wait on chat. If any one from EA is patrolling these forums then please can you help get ticket #218104606 resolved
