never broken any regulations, but recently I received two violation notices

I have never violated any regulations, yet I have received notices for violations twice recently. In the past, I used to receive an email when I broke a rule, but in the last two days, I received a warning once and today a suspension notice. However, I was not notified via email, and the reason for the suspension is not provided. I do not understand why this is happening, given that I clearly have not violated any regulations recently

    Unfortunately we can't look into bans here on the forums. I'd recommend checking in your spam or trash folders in case our terms of service emails got routed there, but in any case if you want to raise a dispute to try and get your account unbanned you'll need to reach out to our terms of service team for help. They'll be able to take a look into this for you.

    Hmm, so it's not letting you make a case? What happens if you try to create one from an incognito window without signing in? Does that give you the same error?

    Even when I try to appeal, "Case not created" is displayed

  • Previous rule violations were notified via email with the exact reason stated, but on the 3rd, a rule violation was unilaterally reported only on the EA website without any email notification or explanation. Today, on the 9th, I received a 3-day suspension for the same rule violation. Clearly, no email arrived in my trash or spam folder, and I cannot create a case when I try to submit an inquiry. I attempted live chat, and although the representative said they would send an email, it has not arrived. However, the code number is sent to my email normally when I log in. I received a warning and a suspension despite clearly having violated any regulations this time. Furthermore, I have not received an email. I urgently need live chat
