No access to Red Alert 3???

i Cannot download RA 3, says I do not have access to the game but I own the game as part of C&C The Ultimate Collection way back on 2013/4/20 

help please...

    Sorry to say this problem has been around for some time now. Search the forum and you can read for your self.

    What I know EA dont know how to resolve the issue and seems to refer users to this forum insted.
